I was lied to about diet for Pyrrole Disorder. Today I am discussing how simply eating "plants and fruits" can lead to unhealthy weight gain/loss, brain fog, and a whole host of other issues. This will be part one. The part two will be uploaded shortly, but may or may not have an image because it wasn't the most flattering lighting when I filmed the second part lol!!
In this episode I discuss certain perceived "negative" personality traits and why you should capitalize on them instead of being ashamed.
This episode details how an emotional attachment forms, why we get attached to something/someone rather than having a healthy connection, what is really going on when this happens, who is prone to it, and how to detach.
In this episode I take a brief dive into Split Personality Disorder and share my thoughts on what it's like to have a relationship with somebody with this disorder (either platonic, professional, or romantic) and what may be the causes of this peculiar condition.
The burning question that I am always asked (and I always asked myself this as well): Do we really have OCD, or are we just the things that we fear the most?

In this episode, I delve into the misconception that being strong as a woman is desired. The reality is: being "strong" as a woman gets you doormat treatment. Being strong as a woman means doing it all. Being strong means throwing your womanhood and softness away. As a society we have (unconsciously) manipulated women into thinking that they must be superwomen. We praise it. We don't love and cherish our mothers, daughters, and sisters for being amazing, funny, loving, and caring individuals. We love them because of what they do for us. The meals they cook. The dishes they clean. The money they bring in. The rides to and from here and there. It doesn't have to be this way. We are not men, and never will be men.
Women should not have to work 2 jobs, raise children, "hold the fort down", climb the corporate ladder, reject their femininity, etc. to be respected. It's pretty simple, I have two questions that have to be answered. Why is this being glorified, and how did we get here? I challenge you to think of the last time you've been called strong. When? And for what reason? Was it because you've been through so much? Was it because you were working like a dog day in and day out and not complaining about it? Women are not called strong when it's clear that they nurture themselves and others. Women who work because they want to and enjoy themselves are not called strong. Women who openly receive help instead of rejecting it are not called strong.
It is for this reason, that I am perfectly okay being called weak. In fact, I would much prefer that over "strong".
