When your gut is telling you something is wrong, strength comes when your able to discern if this is important or is it something else (like gastro from that food left in the fridge for over a month). In this podcast, I'm sharing the motive for the changes to the podcast which, as avid podcasters, you would have observed over the past couple of weeks. While away with family, my gut was indicating I wasn't concurrent with my purpose for starting this podcast.
