On this episode we had the pleasure of speaking with Kamila Boudová, a slow fashion coach and founder of the SLOU days, a sustainable design market in Prague. Kamila also teaches Product Development and Sustainable Fashion (at MOD’SPE Paris), as well as Sustainable Fashion and Sustainable Luxury (at the International Fashion Academy in Paris).

We talked about fast fashion versus ethical fashion, we dived into fashion history to better understand how we got to where we are right now, and Kamila shared with us some tips on how to shop mindfully!
