In today's episode, I open up the conversation around fat loss vs. weight loss. As someone who has previously struggled with disordered eating habits, I wish I would have had a well-laid out resource for knowing how to loose fat in a healthy way vs. taking an "all or nothing" approach. As I'm postpartum, I am currently focusing on loosing fat and building muscle, so this conversation felt very fitting and close-to-home for me. We cover topics like building muscle, how to get more active, increasing your overall steps per day, & discipline + staying motivated. We all start somewhere, so I hope this episodes serves to inspire you to move MORE and start building muscle because it truly is the best tool for living a long & strong life.
