
Hi y’all omg I feel like January flew by. I decided to do a recap on a few of my journal entries this month.. of course I encourage you to journal as much as possible if not with pen and paper at minimum in your notes app on your phone. Some of the benefits are as follows:
Reduces stress and anxiety:
Writing down thoughts and feelings can help process emotions and release pent-up tension.
Improves mood:
Journaling allows for self-reflection and identifying patterns that contribute to negative moods.
Boosts self-awareness:
By exploring thoughts and experiences on paper, individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their motivations.
