This week Dunc & Mo took on the task to try break down and review RATM's 1996 album Evil Empire with their wise uneducated opinions. Unlike the debut album, which had a heavier focus on riff-driven songs, Evil Empire incorporates more groove-oriented and experimental sounds. But with all he political and social issues that they are passionate about.
