With over 20 years of experience in strategic change across various sectors—including energy, banking, consumer goods, telecommunications, media, government, automotive, and education—he has worked with both large corporations and small startups worldwide.

Before founding Shiageto Consulting, Aranki held leadershippositions at prominent firms such as Baringa Partners, FTI Consulting, A.T. Kearney, and Ernst & Young's Strategy Advisory team. His early career included roles as a senior strategy analyst at Centrica and a marketing strategist at An Najah University.
