All the shockings were hung by the crematorium with care, in fear that Ricky Caldwell soon would be there.

Brad in his kerchief, and Kyle in his skull cap, had just settled their brains up on their rack.

When out on the street, in the bright light of day, Ricky Caldwell was slaying and shouting, "GARBAGE DAY!"
