When people ask me for quick tips to improve their health numbers (e.g., weight, blood sugar, blood pressure) I usually tell them to stop sauteing in oil.  It's an easy strategy to get started.  However, their response is usually, "oh, but I use olive oil", thinking that because they use olive oil they are improving their health.  In this episode, we dive into whether olive oil is actually helping you improve your health.
