I muse about trying to find the strength to accept new truths and the process of being happy. East Atlanta, I love you forever. 

I read 8 excerpts from some of my favorite authors. I stumble and stutter and I'm not composed at all, don't judge me, let's read together. It's therapy. 

Episode 3 jumps into happiness and what it really means in a subjective sense. What does it mean to maintain happiness and how do we know when it's real? Painting a precise picture of my happiness with lemon pepper wings, sneakers, comic books, family, and haircuts (?) 

I sit down with Chayne aka Miss Perry of Sublime Havoc fame and discuss what it means to be perfect, subjectively and objectively. The ideal vs reality, what the desire for perfection does when juxtaposed with reality and what we need to do to accept the difference. This manifests itself in a rather scattershot recollection of what really makes us tic. 

I talk through my feelings, breathe a bit too hard on the mic, and try to stumble onto some grand understanding of myself over 20 minutes. It's all pretty meta. Don't judge me too harshly.
