News for the Heart: Choose Love Instead of BEing Right
News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on Choosing Love Instead of BEing Right.

The insightful conversation with Tom Campbell on "Choosing Love Instead of Being Right," couldn't be more relevant in our current global landscape. It’s a powerful reflection on how the very tools designed to connect us—the internet and social media—have inadvertently become catalysts for division and fear. We find ourselves in a deeply fractured world. We are struggling to find common ground, largely because of our ingrained human need to be right.

This discussion eloquently highlights the overwhelming challenge of navigating a 24/7 news cycle, where the line between fact and fiction is blurred by a constant influx of information, exacerbated by AI's ability to make fabricated narratives appear authentic. The struggle for peace and unity is intensified as we retreat into echo chambers. It has been reinforced by algorithms that feed us content aligning with our existing beliefs.

Tom Campbell's assertion that we've created a "perfect storm" resonates deeply; never before have we experienced such pervasive division coupled with immediate access to a torrent of information. Social media, in particular, thrives on engagement, often prioritizing sensationalism—even hate speech. Which has an over genuine connection, creating a fertile ground for conflict rather than understanding.

The addition of materialism to this equation is a crucial point, as it fuels a possessive mindset that reinforces the ego's need to defend "what's theirs" . As well as, consequently, to be right. Yet, as the podcast beautifully conveys, true growth and the evolution of consciousness aren't about being right; they are about embracing kindness, love, and acceptance, with an unwavering focus on peace and unity. Relationships, especially real-world interactions, are presented as the true crucible for this growth, fostering balance and positivity in a way that often eludes the superficiality of online interactions.

The hopeful message is clear: this era of separation can conclude if we consciously choose love over the relentless need to be right. The only real change we can enact begins within ourselves. By understanding our fears, making a deliberate choice for kindness and positivity.  We can learn to listen without the need to justify our own beliefs. We open ourselves to a profound shift—a lowering of personal entropy that allows us to truly be love. This podcast truly gets to the heart of what matters, offering a compassionate pathway towards healing our divided world.

News for the Heart: How We Suddenly Became Disengaged
News for the Heart talks with Tracy McBurney on How we suddenly became disengaged.

This podcast episode delves into the intricate connections between personal beliefs, past experiences, and external influences. Particularly focusing on the concepts of "divine role hijacking" and "secret interference." Tracy shares her journey of uncovering a deeply ingrained belief system. She realized its connection to a secret government interference learned about at Dr. Karen Kan's Light Medicine Academy. This interference, she explains, had seemingly locked into her belief system from past experiences. A pivotal moment in her healing involved forgiving her mother. While gaining a deeper understanding, which triggered a significant shift in her perspective. Tracy also recounts her own experience of being "hijacked" by this interference in 2021.

The conversation then extended to my experiences. We explored how specific beliefs became anchored in my past. We traced back to my time in the womb and another following my adoption at 5.5 months. The intertwining of these beliefs with my birth and adopted mother's struggles highlighted the intergenerational transmission of emotional burdens.

Furthermore, Tracy and I examine the dynamics of heart protection in relationships. By noting how outsourcing this protection can lead to misinterpretations and a lack of genuine connection. Tracy considers the possibility of external entities or extraterrestrial involvement in this process and emphasize the importance of forgiveness for past relinquishments of heart protection.

Finally, we addressed the release of entities and energies from their services, empowering us with the choice to help the departed. A thought-provoking point is raised regarding potential government interference manipulating people's passions and contributing to disengagement from their careers. The conversation underscores the need for compassion and a deeper understanding of these complex issues.

News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on Ch-Ch-Changes: Making New Choices!

Tom and I delved into the crucial role of embracing change for personal growth. I shared my own experience of eviction, highlighting how even challenging events can be viewed as opportunities. Tom reinforced this by emphasizing that change is an inevitable and vital part of life, preventing stagnation. He pointed out that our attitude towards change significantly shapes our experience, suggesting that a positive mindset can transform adversity into a catalyst for development, referencing inspiring examples like Christopher Reeve.

The discussion further explored how maintaining a positive attitude is key when navigating life's inevitable shifts and uncertainties. Tom stressed that change often brings opportunities for learning and growth, regardless of external circumstances. He argued that our choices and outlook, rather than wealth, determine our quality of life. Both Tom and I agree on the importance of remaining open-minded and avoiding negative judgments, as even difficult situations can lead to unexpected positive outcomes and new paths. We concluded by underscoring that embracing change with optimism is essential for personal development and overall well-being.

News for the Heart: Kindness vs. Force: Choose Unity Now
News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on Kindness vs. Force: Choose Unity Now!

Tom and I discussed the global divisions we're seeing. And the crucial need for kindness and love during these turbulent times. He believes society sometimes needs to experience negative consequences to learn and move towards unity. We're witnessing a clash between old ethics of control, power and force, and a newer ethic of kindness, cooperation and caring. We agreed that technology, while beneficial, has also contributed to misinformation, creating challenges similar to the Industrial Revolution. We didn't have solid solutions, but recognized the urgency.

Tom emphasized individual responsibility in addressing global issues. He believes we must avoid contributing to the problem by staying calm, compassionate, and voicing our opinions constructively. Tom emphasized that critical thinking discerns truth from misinformation, and he acknowledged humanity's evolving state and its accompanying growing pains. We both feel that humanity is on the verge of a shift towards a more cooperative society, though the transition will be challenging. We agreed that unity and kindness are essential for navigating these times, and that ethical solutions are needed to address the spread of misinformation.

News for the Heart: Tom Campbell: I want to know what Love is...
News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell for Love Month, on I want to know what Love is...

To begin with, in this conversation with Laurie and Tom, we actively explore the key themes of love and self-acceptance. Furthermore, we challenge the common misperception of love as primarily driven by need. Indeed, they argue that true love is about giving freely rather than seeking to fulfill one's own needs. In addition, self-acceptance is crucial, as negativity towards oneself can lead to depression.

Moreover, Tom differentiates between love, like, and trust. He emphasizes that love is unconditional and freely given, whereas trust and like must be earned. He criticizes traditional marriages for their conditional nature and suggests unconditional love and open relationships as a recipe for long-term success.

When considering separation, Tom stresses the importance of prioritizing children's well-being. Younger children, he says, are more vulnerable to the negative effects of parental conflict. Tom suggests maintaining a positive and polite relationship for the children's sake. Laurie agrees, highlighting the potential harm of constant arguing.

Tom emphasizes the importance of embracing change and letting go of fear. True love, he argues, is about giving unconditionally, even when a partner leaves for another opportunity. He defines love as a selfless act within a larger consciousness. Overcoming fear and self-centeredness is key to increasing one's capacity for love, according to Tom.

True maturity, Tom argues, is not about age but about caring for others. He differentiates between acting polite and being genuinely kind. Laurie brings up the concept of love as a gift and the challenges of overcoming ego to treat others with kindness. She suggests self-awareness and taking responsibility for one's emotions as ways to improve relationships.

News For The Heart: How To BE Positive & Find Inner Peace In A Chaotic World
In this podcast of "News for the Heart," Laurie Huston and Tom Campbell offer insights on cultivating inner peace and navigating life's challenges with greater ease. Instead of a mindset of frustration and control, they advocate for acceptance and a focus on personal growth. Tom Campbell emphasizes that we collectively create our reality through our consciousness and choices. Therefore, focusing on inner development is more effective than trying to force external change. Furthermore, he encourages listeners to embrace the present moment, even amidst chaos, viewing it as an opportunity for growth.

A significant portion of their discussions centers on the power of intuition as a guiding force. Tom and Laurie discuss the need to discern true intuition from ego-driven impulses. This requires self-awareness and a willingness to let go of the need for control. Consequently, they advocate for making choices based on intuition rather than fear, while also emphasizing humility, open-mindedness, and non-judgment. Importantly, they acknowledge that personal growth is a gradual process requiring patience.

Moreover, this podcast addresses the often-uncomfortable topic of dysfunction. Tom argues that acknowledging and learning from mistakes, rather than concealing them, is crucial for both individual and collective progress. In fact, he views dysfunction as a valuable lesson, highlighting the cyclical nature of problems like greed leading to financial instability. Ultimately, "News for the Heart" with Laurie and Tom emphasizes the profound impact of perspective and choice. By cultivating a positive mindset, embracing self-reflection, and taking responsibility for our actions, they suggest we can navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and find a path towards a more fulfilling and meaningful existence, while fostering kindness, inner growth, intuition, and positivity!

NFTH: Tracy McBurney: Illuminating Heart Light and Emotional Truth
News for the Heart talks with Tracy McBurney on Illuminating the Heart Light and Emotional Truth. What is Blocking Your Truth?

Tracy explores the profound impact of inherited family trauma. Exploring the intricate ways it shapes our emotions, relationships, and perception of truth. Through deeply personal experiences she unveils the hidden burdens passed down through generations and the path to healing.

Tracy’s journey begins with a powerful encounter with her dying father, where she inherits a “ball” of unhealed pain and trauma. This symbolic exchange highlights the unconscious transmission of emotional burdens across generations. She recognizes these patterns of despair and powerlessness within herself, linking them to her father’s and grandfather’s unresolved grief. Through dedicated spiritual work, Tracy confronts these inherited emotions, seeking to bring light and healing to her lineage.

Her exploration delves into the complexities of navigating these emotional patterns. She grapples with feelings of powerlessness, questioning her role in “saving” others versus simply being present with them. This introspection reveals a tendency towards self-judgment and a desire to fix others, hindering her ability to truly connect. Tracy contrasts this with her mother’s approach of unconditional presence, inspiring her to strive for a similar state of being.

Tracy’s conversations with others further illuminate the impact of unhealed emotions on relationships and the search for truth. Discussions with Laurie expose the challenges of savior complexes, the distorting influence of fear, guilt, and self-blame, and the importance of addressing these emotions to perceive truth clearly. They explore the roots of anger, insecurity, and the feeling of being unsafe, tracing them back to past experiences and family dynamics.

News for the Heart talks with Tom Campbell on Distinguishing Fantasy from Reality in Love. Laurie and Tom had a conversation about the importance of distinguishing between fantasy and reality, especially during the holiday season. Tom expanded on this, explaining how people often have expectations based on their own experiences and desires, which aren't always realistic.

News For the Heart: Laurie Huston
News for the Heart: Tracy McBurney: Light of the Heart
Welcome to News for the Heart, where I, Laurie Huston, explore transformative insights and conversations to inspire and uplift. Today, Tracy McBurney and I have an enlightening discussion on the Light of the Heart. A journey into heart-centered healing, the evolving role of the ego, and the conscious path forward in these times of change.

Tracy begins by sharing her recent experience attending a profound conference with Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton. Inspired by their teachings, she discovered the significance of choosing to connect with the light within our hearts. This choice, she says, invites a transformative energy that can guide us toward deeper peace and wholeness.

We dive into a beautiful HeartMath.org breathing and gratitude exercise that Tracy learned through Gregg Braden and the HeartMath Institute. The technique emphasizes breathing with a slightly longer out-breath than in-breath. Gregg used the wording "My Heart" to explore a conversation. During this practice, Tracy felt her heart “speak,” asking her to step aside and allow it to lead. This realization sparked a powerful flow of energy and a moment of knowing that our heart truly understands how to heal and care for us.

As our conversation unfolds, we examine the role of the ego in relation to the divine self. Tracy describes the ego’s potential to operate as a divine channel when in its highest form. We discuss how upgrading the ego can enable it to become a bridge to our divine nature. I wholeheartedly agree that the heart—not the ego—should lead the way. Tracy shares the importance of nurturing an ego that’s in conversation with the divine self, bringing about true healing and a sense of wholeness.

From here, we talk about a process Tracy has developed for inviting the heart to welcome one’s own divinity. A simple invitation, allows the heart to integrate divinity into every part of our being. It helps us triumph over inner conflicts and bringing peace to the heart. By reconnecting to our innate divinity, we foster a sense of harmony that can ripple through every aspect of our lives.

Toward the end of our conversation, Tracy expresses gratitude for the collective challenges humanity has endured, seeing them as necessary steps toward a new path of consciousness. This new path, she believes, is one free from fear, paranoia, victimization, and negative thinking. It’s a path that many of us, even unconsciously, have chosen as a way forward. Tracy shares her hope that we’re moving toward enlightenment together—a new earth timeline where we can evolve and grow. I affirm that this path, chosen from the heart, is about unity and compassion, and together, we explore the idea that perhaps, on some level, we’re all already choosing to move forward.

Thank you for joining us. I hope Tracy’s insights help you find your own light of the heart and inspire you to embrace a path of healing, love, and new possibilities. Stay tuned for more episodes where we dive deeper into the heart and explore our incredible potential. We are getting to the Heart of what Matters!

News for the Heart: Jean Adrienne: How to Transform Fantasy to the Truth
Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Jean Adrienne on Our Fantasy Relationships to the Truth.

We began this show discussing the Exploration of Relationships, Fantasies, and Personal Growth. Jean and Laurie discussed their personal experiences and insights about relationships and fantasies. Laurie shared her journey of realizing her fantasies about a relationship and how it helped her grow. Jean shared her own experiences of living in a fantasy world and her recent mystical experience with Rumi in Turkey.

Part of the Problem with Fantasies in Relationships are a result of media's influence on creating and enhancing the fantasy. It becomes more confusing with the Movie "The Secret". The Secret suggests that if we focus really hard we can create our Dreams. Instead we feel guilt and shame that it is our fault that we haven't attracted the 'right'  relationship.

We further discussed the nature of love and relationships, emphasizing the importance of alignment and acceptance. Jean and I agreed that relationships are meant to teach us lessons and grow us, and that forcing a square peg into a round hole never works.

Embracing Authenticity and Heart-Centered Connections. Jean shared her recent experiences and thoughts about her journey to Scotland. Where she initially hoped to meet someone special but felt a sense of failure and self-doubt. She eventually came to the realization that she was on a path of becoming more authentic. Allowing her to embrace the process of letting go of everything to be in her heart.

Fairy Tales, Challenges, and Realistic Expectations - Laurie and Jean discussed the importance of challenges in life and the role of fairy tales in shaping our perceptions. They agreed that fairy tales often depict a prince or hero who transforms a difficult situation into a happy ending, which can lead to unrealistic expectations in real life.

Laurie expressed the importance of being open and compassionate in relationships while letting go of societal expectations. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We’re Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

News for the Heart: Tracy McBurney: Love Dwells within Me - As Me
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on Love Dwells within me, As Me. Tracy and I began discussing events that occurred around losing her purse and a new Bill C293 that had her/us in judgement. Knowing that judgement means we aren't 'clear'.  We explored a prayer she was encouraged to read and the prayer after until she found the words that transformed our energy. The words were 'Love dwells within me - As Me. Source exists within us as us. Love is our guidance.

We both love Ho'oponopono, to assist us to release judgement. Using the words - "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.” This powerful practice helps us take responsibility for what shows up in our lives. It helps us acknowledge we are all one and what happens around us is a reflection of what we are responsible for. If I'm angry, then I'm in judgement and I see what is happening as separate from me. So, do I want to continue BEing in anger?

We then discussed her new process - Particle Medicine. It was revealed while helping a client. Exploring "particle medicine", which emphasizes healing immediately through increasing particles like love, trust, faith, courage, and gratitude in the body. Tracy discussed the concept of containers within the body that hold particles contributing to physical and emotional well-being. She suggested that traumatic experiences can damage these containers, causing a loss of hope, but they can be repaired through love and divine intervention.

News for the Heart: Tracy McBurney: Powerful Transformations through Pain
Laurie Huston from News for the Heart engaged in a profound conversation with Tracy McBurney about the powerful transformations that can emerge from experiencing pain. Our dialogue initiated from a personal incident in my life involving a tooth infection and the emotional turmoil following an experience of being ghosted.

As we delved deeper, we explored my reactions—my narrative—surrounding feelings of neglect, rejection, unworthiness, and the ensuing anger, all of which precipitated a healing crisis. Throughout this journey, Tracy provided invaluable support, facilitating a powerful transformation.

We discussed the belief that our pain body is instrumental in unlocking the transformative growth we all stand to gain.
