Caroline Leroux is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the designation of Professional and Personal Certified Coach from Concordia University. She is completing a Master of Arts degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. Caroline has been EQ-I 2.0/EQ 360 Certified by the Emotional Intelligence Training Company (EITC) since 2015 and conducts debriefs of EQ-I 2.0 results in French and English on behalf of the EITC, as well as making presentations.
Caroline is the co-owner of a business that provides sports medicine services and employs physicians, therapists, osteopaths, and other health care professionals.
For 12 years Caroline has worked with non-profit organizations in Africa and Panama. Her work with EITC also includes providing EQ-I 2.0 debriefs and coaching to Canadian government consular staff living and working abroad for Global Affairs Canada.
On a personal note, Caroline has raised four happy young adults who are contributing members of society, and she is active in her community in various volunteer roles.

Richard Chandler, MA, LPC, is a psychotherapist who specializes in counseling and therapy for business partners (like couples therapy for people in business together). His approach, rooted in holistic wellness and strength-based therapy, empowers clients to navigate challenging life situations, business obstacles, and relationship difficulties.
Inspired by a holistic approach to wellness, Richard’s work helps clients increase their insight by more fully tuning into themselves and their business partners. With increased understanding and the tools learned in therapy, clients gain the skills to improve their communication and relationships with each other.
His business experience in risk management consulting and leadership training also informs his work with CEOs through executive coaching. He also frequently helps individuals with career consulting to reinvent their work life.
