Let’s talk about body image and appearance!
Loneliness can be a catalyst for change, whether that change be inspiring or devastating. However, feeling isolated as a result of change such as heartbreak, moving cities, a major life change etc. is also extremely common.
So, what is loneliness? What are our experiences? And lastly, how can we ride the inevitable waves of loneliness that we all experience and feel?
I'll propose one question:
Would you still consider yourself successful if there was no one to see or no one to compare yourself to?
Ultimately, whether success mean wealth, happiness or freedom, is it truly attainable or will we continue to want more?
Whatever age we are, it's time to celebrate it and take advantage of it. Whether you're 12 or 63, the concept of role models, growing up too fast, pressures, the influence of our childhoods and the role of our parents are all significant and relevant. Hope you enjoy x
