This week, the guys close out Halloween movie review season by breaking down ”Spookies,” a 1980s film Matt chose solely for its name and the potential for nudity. As it turns out, it was neither spooky nor naked, just terrible.

This week, the guys keep the Halloween flow going by asking Matt’s better half (and horror movie expert) Keia to sit in for a comprehensive review of ”Rat Man.” If there was ever a reason to install Tubi on your TV, well, this isn’t it. Come hear why.

Halloween movie month continues in fine style when the guys discuss the finer points of ”Humanoids from the Deep” by the legendary Roger Corman.

It’s Halloween season! And around here, that only means one thing -- horror movie reviews. First up for Halloween? The legendary ”Basket Case” from 1982.

Eight years, 399 episodes, and a few new faces later, here we are. For the 400th time, the guys gathered to shed a few beams of foul-mouthed, off-color light in a world that could use a little more nonsense.

Three of the four guys on NTS have sons either approaching puberty, in puberty, or teaching a masterclass in puberty. So that explains the title. But this week, they also cover bad nerd conventions, Rhode Island weiners, butt sniffers, and Dave’s burgeoning insurance sales career.

This week, the guys get political. Then they quickly remember why they shouldn’t, and go back to making big claims about small things that happen in their lives.

The best episodes are the ones that stay focused. For example, before the guys dive deep into 1982’s legendary ”Nightbeast,” they discuss women who have stayed hot, well beyond their expiration dates. Also, Brad is out again, so if you hate him, you’ll enjoy this one even more!

This week, Matt and Dave finally get to discuss last week. Craig also has a week to cover. Brad may or may not have been conscious for this one, thanks to exhaustion, beer, and his wife’s ”job benefits.”

The guys were back together and wanted a nice, focused episode. Of course, that means a question was asked, subjects were changed, tangents were had, and 90 minutes passed before answering that initial question. Fans of classic NTS, this one’s for you.

This week is a throwback. Brad, Dave, and Craig are in. And it’s a tight 90-minute episode because Matt isn’t. So, in a classic NTS move, the guys attempted to do a skull night, but never got past the weeks in review. Dave went to New Hampshire. Brad went to Texas. Craig went to church. Laughs were had...

Normally, the guys would release a movie review as a ”bonus” episode of NTS. But after seeing a film with the majesty and grandeur of ”Malibu Express,” they reconsidered. This piece of cinematic art has all the T, a good amount of A, and zero IQ.

This week, the fearsome foursome are back, joined by old friend Corey, to discuss a variety of things. Not the least of which was UNBRIDLED CELEBRITY DEATH AND DESPAIR. (Yes, Brad wrote this. Why do you ask?)

This episode is likely about Craig’s crotch. But no one will know until they listen, because without Brad this week, no one kept an outline. So, hit play and be surprised every step of the way.

It’s hot in Rhode Island. Real hot. So, on a stifling garage night, the guys naturally discuss the humidity, then their murderous ways to get through it. There were definitely more items on the agenda, but the alcohol and heat stroke have ensured none of them really remember it.
