I'm Abby, short for Abrielle, Kween for when my wild side comes out. BOUT DAT TRANS LIFE is a podcast about me - an amateur model, a sex worker, a struggling content creator, and a fledgling parent.
Find your niche then figure out your gimmick. Doing this can help you find your purpose and create a mission statement for your life. For example, you are a botanist, a Kayaker, or a Martial Artist. That's a niche. But that sounds so plain. How about adding an edge to your niche? Think of WWE wrestlers like Stone Cold or The Rock. They have gimmicks for their wrestling persona. So if you use gimmicks for your niche, you can turn botanist, Kayaker, or Martial Artist into Ultimate Botanist, Killer Kayaker, or Strong Hand Martial Artist. You can take your niche, and use a gimmick to maximize and enhance it.

I think the key to keeping negative noise out of your life is creating a bubble and making a world of your own. How can you have your own cinematic universe? Well, there are a lot of things you can do.

In this episode, the first of 2025, I discuss my goals and dreams for the year and put them in a visual collage. It's called a Vision Board. Vision Boards help you stay focused and motivated through the toughest times. They give you purpose and a sense of fulfilling a quest.

There are only two episodes in the whole of 2024. 2. Well, there has been a lot of soul-searching and self-exploration within myself. I haven't figured out all the pieces but I have gotten most of myself back together. I was spiritually blind for a long time. I was rudderless and without direction. But I have found the light at the end of the tunnel. Yet the journey getting there will be rough and bumpy. That is what this podcast series is going to be about from now on - a chronicle, a diary, a compass for future generations. I want my story to help others.
On this episode, after going on a whim - and maybe because I was tipsy - I recorded my thoughts on the year I just survived - 2024 AD. I spent the day learning the lyrics to Latto's 'Put It On The Floor' and shopping for cheap liquor on the last day of the year.

In this episode, we dive into how the ultra-right has co-opted Indiana Fever's rookie sensation, Caitlin Clark, as a symbol in their culture war against the left. We’ll explore the ongoing tension between Stephen A. Smith and WNBA legend Sheryl Swoopes — who is right in the debate over whether Caitlin Clark deserves credit for her team's success and the league's rising profile? Is there resentment among Black women who have built the WNBA, only to see Caitlin hailed as the one elevating it to new heights?
We’ll also get into Shannon Sharpe’s response to Nancy Lieberman’s comments and examine Caitlin Clark's phenomenal rookie season, her stats, and why she’s a lock for Rookie of the Year and a serious contender for MVP.

I just finished watching Star Wars: The Acolyte, and unfortunately, it was just as bad as I had anticipated. I think most people have seen at least some of it at this point. The show was a disaster for Disney, a win for the culture warriors, and a letdown for fans. So, who is responsible for this mess? Well, let's start with writer and director Leslye Headland. What was she thinking? I'm going to delve into this on a special episode of All Of The Fandom.

I'm diving into the Borderlands movie and Alien: Romulus to see how well they capture their franchises' essence. Get ready as I break down what worked and what didn’t.
I’ll also preview the upcoming box office weekend and share my thoughts on Deadpool and Wolverine.

I'm Abrielle. I also go by Brell, Abby, or Kweencreme when my wild side comes out. BOUT DAT TRANS LIFE is a podcast about me - an amateur model, a sex worker, a content creator, and a parent.
I keep taking this show in different directions, starting and stopping repeatedly. It has been over a year since my last podcast, when I was having a wild summer during 2023. Things have been crazy since then. I have moved out of my mom's house, my son's mom took him from his school last September and I have not seen him since, and I think I have worked at a half dozen places. Life is not stable at the moment.
Above all that, I have been struggling with figuring out how to define myself and how that person fits into this weird society. Friends are hard to come by, but I met some people who I thought would be longtime friends and sisters. This episode is a story which expands on the theme of Episode 32 where I talked about a coworker who could have been good friend. This woman is not a coworker - I met her on Facebook - but the lesson is the same: everyone can't be your best friend.

The summer is winding down, so my clubbing and sexual escapades are over. I'm taking this podcast in a new direction, a return to its roots. I'm focused on the social and political tensions in the United States as the global heating event is bringing things to the literal boiling point. As the world burns, I talk about how this affects the mood of the American populace. I talk about how the Montgomery Brawl and an incident at an Atlanta Walmart united the Black race and dissolved the dream in only a week.
I'm fighting a custody battle with my youngest son's other half as I seek sole conservatorship, but things are looking up as I begin a new job next week.
