From Special K challenges and carb-shaming to the constant “I was your size at your age” comments; our mums were doing their best with the information they had, but many of us grew up absorbing toxic food rules and body standards that still impact us today.

I share real stories, insights from my own coaching clients, and practical steps to start breaking the cycle; healing your relationship with food, finding balance, and learning to fuel your body without guilt.

We’re talking:
