Sometimes in life when we have social or clinical anxiety we need to take steps to move forward in life and overcome those fears. It takes time A lot of time, but we can do it!

I took the Dale Carnegie course many years ago and he referenced analyzing worry and looking into problems more deeply and realizing they're not as tough as we think. I go through part of the Dale Carnegie golden book and give my two cents as well. Thank you for listening!
When I feel depressed, anxious or lonely I look back to what life was like when I was using and think about how much worse it could be. If I just stay focused and work hard all of my dreams can come true! And so can yours!
I speak about keeping busy, recovery those who may be against you throughout your recovery because of what you have done in the past or label you as a junkie because you once were. Thank you for checking out my episode I hope you have a great day and God bless!
Sometimes negative things will occur but just focus on the positive things that are occurring around you. Sometimes you can find positive things in places such as a Dunkin Donuts line. Or a Volunteers of America. Stay sober stay clean and stay happy my friends!
In my recovery I need to be thankful for the people who are around me and are supportive. I recommend you do the same. I hope this helps somebody out there and I hope you all have a wonderful day!
My best friend unfortunately has covid-19 I miss her but I will get to see her. In the meantime I'm just living life as you will hear in the episode. Stay sober my friends! Life is much better this way.

Today I am going to volunteer to do Outreach work this morning anyway. I think it's important for my recovery. I think meetings are great for people that they work for. I tried meetings I tried sponsors it hasn't worked for me in the past but this Outreach work definitely helps me a lot I get excited for it. It's just my opinion. I own the AA book and have went through it it's phenomenal but I'm just sharing my experience thank you for listening!

Find something to do to fill your free time. We went from working, or coming up with schemes to make money, then using drugs and that's all our days consisted of. Try to find something you enjoy to do and use that to fill up some of your time.
