Knock it All Down? The Legend of the Mysterious Pals
The Mysterious Pals have learned so much over the last 74 weeks but still we are at a crossroads. The space we are in is so crowded and we feel that we could do more to be different while still having fun along the way. So we have decided to go on hiatus until we figure out the best direction for the show and how to be different from all the other shows about history and mysteries. While we have some ideas, we need time to develop and test out new ways of delivering and talking about this type of content. Sometimes you need to knock it all down and start over to make something better.  Also, this is an open question to anybody who has listened to us, what do you think makes for an interesting show about mysteries? Any feedback could help us in this revamp.  While the Mysterious Pals will be on a break for a while, you can still keep up with us on the Watch Pals (watchpals.show). So thank you to everyone who has supported us through your comments, emails, and just listening or watching. We will be back soon!--------------------MUSICTheme Music by Dethlehem (dethlehem.bandcamp.com)--------------------SOCIAL LINKSWebsite: www.mysteriouspals.comEmail: mysteriouspalsonline@gmail.comYoutube: @MysteriousPalsFacebook: @mysteriouspalsInstagram: @mysteriouspalsX/Twitter: @mysterious_palsPodcast Feeds: www.mysteriouspals.com--------------------ABOUT THE MYSTERIOUS PALSThe Mysterious Pals is a mysterious show about history and friendship.#mystery, #history, #unsolved, #unsolvedmysteries, #mysteriouspals, #staymysterious, #philosophersstone, #emeraldtablet, #ancienthistory

The English Crown and the Worst Uncle Ever? The Princes in the Tower (Episode #70)
After the death of King Edward IV in April 1483, his 12-year-old son Edward V and his younger brother Richard were placed under the protection of their uncle, Richard, Duke of Gloucester. However, Richard declared the boys illegitimate, enabling him to seize the throne and become King Richard III. The two boys were confined to the Tower of London, ostensibly for their safety. They were last seen in the summer of 1483. After that, they vanished without explanation, leading to widespread speculation. Play Jazz or Die? The Axeman of New Orleans (Episode #56)
From 1918 to 1919, New Orleans was terrorized by a serial killer known as the Axeman, who attacked several people and murdered at least six. His primary targets were Italian immigrant grocers, and he used axes found in his victims’ homes. Despite the brutality of the attacks, no valuables were ever stolen. In a strange twist, the killer wrote to a local newspaper, claiming that anyone playing jazz music on a specific night would be spared. The city responded, and no murders occurred that night. Though the killings eventually resumed, the Axeman was never caught. Theories about his motives range from mafia involvement and racial animosity to madness. A Hidden Realm and the Hope for a Better World? The Mystery of Agartha (Episode #55)
The name "Agartha" refers to a legendary underground kingdom believed to be home to enlightened beings, often referred to as the "Ascended Masters," who possess advanced technology and spiritual wisdom far beyond the scope of ordinary humans. From the Buddhist legend of Shambhala to the Greeks’ Hades, civilizations have long speculated that another world exists below the surface of our own. In modern times, Agartha has become a symbol of both mystical enlightenment and utopian hope. While no evidence of Agartha has ever been officially found, why do people still believe that there could be an entire advanced kingdom hidden under our feet?
