ABCDEF...what letters again?

Diagnoses can be really confusing. There's depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, DID, and all the other things. Then there's acronyms like MDD, GAD, OCD, and the list goes on. It can be even more confusing when different people in your body have different diagnoses. We want to talk about what these diagnoses can actually look like and what some of the symptoms are. Our hope is that this will help you feel less alone in some of the symptoms you may be experiencing and help to make sense of the sometimes conflicting feelings that someone with DID can have.

This podcast may contain themes of trauma, flashbacks, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

This podcast was produced using Anchor.
