This episode reintroduces you guys to me and I talk about where I have been in the past and where I'm going. Healing is really a process, so I invite you to join me as I travel this journey.
After the recent passing of John Witherspoon and watching some of his interviews, I began to think about this. What will be said of you when it's your time to go?

Sometimes in life, we have to shed tears and are even want to quit. At the Reset Conference, I learned not to cry to quit, cry to keep going. That stuck with me and I appreciate it.
We often disregard children and think that they are not fully aware of the situations around them. Truth is, that couldn't be further from the truth. God is speaking to those babies and you need to hear what they have to say.
I used to be an expert starter, but my follow through and consistency needed much work. On this journey to healing, I am intentionally working and focusing my attention on those things. I am learning daily to maintain my momentum-no matter how I feel.
Focus on what matters. I recently saw a car accident and it helped me realize how quickly things can change. It made me begin to focus on what matters most.
It may be hard, but they're not impossible. Why can't you be the one to get remarried, start a business, or go back to school in your family? With God all things are possible.
Sometimes life presents hard obstacles that seem to never end. Be encouraged, make a decision to overcome the obstacles. It is in the pressure that you will find your power. Like any other sacrifice, it's hard, but it's worth it.
The narrative that's being pushed is that fathers are unessential, unnecessary, and disposable. None of which is further from the truth. Thank you fathers for all you do.
Women can NOT be fathers; we are mothers. If you or someone you know has said, "I'm the mother and the father", then this episode is for you! Send it to ALL the single mothers you know, are friend with on social media, or come across. Thank you!
