It's so nice to be back! I was working on my other social media platforms lately and it took me some time to work on the schedules but I'm back in the pod.
Hope you enjoy this short conversation and let's connect on my social media platforms:

Look who conquered the fear to face the camera! Thanks to warm lights lol but yaaaas, finally decided to set up and record myself on cam.
In this episode, I just wanted to catch up with what happened to my eventful June and July. Nothing serious really but think of it as if you're having Facetime with a friend -- your Coffee Friend! I know Spotify is now adding comments so I'd love to hear from you on how do you think I did in this episode. A little awkward and lots of mannerism but we've powered through hehe Talk soon!
Time flew really fast! Staying in a company for 4 years will surely be a new milestone but I love my current set up and I love how I'm having more life than work.
By the way, I started a Youtube Channel "Kkopicats" to document my life with our pets. You can support us by subscribing: https://www.youtube.com/@kkopicats
You'll hear in this episode the tricks I've been practicing to control my day!
It's always a struggle for me personally to sustain my level of energy and with all the deadlines & responsibilities, I lost the sense of control. It can be draining and you might feel that days are being wasted instead helping you reach the best version of yourself.
This may not be drastic practices but I hope you can all relate, specially for those who works remotely - to have a more efficient work and personal lives!

Hey Coffee Friends! Ang bilis, we're half way through 2023. Here's a raw audio of my explanation why I wasn't able to upload any new episodes the last few months. Please don't judge my crying voice. Thanks for always supporting me silently!
Surprise!! Publishing an episode consistently. Yaaay! Alam ko, I've been very inconsistent this year but I'm still overwhelmed with all the love I received for this podcast! It's still a passion project I can't let go no matter what and I feel like this is a safe space for me to share my life ganaps on the web. I can see myself growing in this podcast and I'd be happy to do more of it this coming 2023!! I'll talk to you more <3
Hello, Beshies! Regardless if it's New Year or not, you definitely have the chance to try new things. Bianca and I can attest how refreshing it can be. I personally tried a lot of things this 2022 and I'm loving all the experience. Listen to how and why we decided to those things in this episode!
Re-launching "Midnight Buddies" segment in the podcast! Woohoo! Very refreshing to sit down and talk about how we view friendship in our late 20's. I started a Q&A here and feel free to let us know your thoughts on handing toxic friends. We'd love to hear your opinions!
They say overthinking is not toxic. I believe so too because I tend to think a lot too but, I notice how this is already damaging myself and my relationships. So I started calling my thoughts "Duday" to make sure that the next time I buy the thought, it's a conscious choice.
Hey, excited to start a new chapter for the podcast! I'm just sharing some life updates before I welcome my dear friend Bianca as a regular tambay in the show. Let's catch up!
Lucky, a dear friend, a life coach and the voice behind the "Life Talks with Kuya Lucky" joined me in a discussion about Imposter Syndrome. In this episode, we talked our personal experiences on how we are dealing or somehow dealt with this phenomena. Have you ever felt of this syndrome before and how did you overcome this? Let's talk about that in this episode.
This is very personal! I hope everyone is giving themselves a pat on their back for surviving 2021. It's never easy but look at you, you're still thriving and growing. Hope you get something valuable from my personal reflections.
Majority of adults are probably having some struggles winning in the game of adulthood. Looking back on our childhood days, we were fearless and creative. How did we end up being a person who would listen more to others that actually listening deliberately to ourselves? I tried to list down some simple learnings I got from my 11 year old cousin and how those insights would be helpful to make our adulthood a little better. Learn more in this episode!

So good to talk to you again! It has been awhile since we have this kind of conversation. In this episode, I've looked back on how I started and what's keeping motivated to keep on going. I hope this will be helpful for those who'd like to start doing something new in their lives. Please let me know if you like this content by sending a message on my social media.

Welcome to the My Coffee Stories!
Part 2 is up! Also, belated Happy Birthday to my guest, Gel! I'm so blessed to share her wisdom to my dear Coffee Friends. Enjoy listening!

I had several cold wars with my guest in this episode! But, asking her to be share her testimony here in the podcast only proves that having some time off with someone you care about helps to grow your relationship more. We often spent hours talking offline but despite of having long personal talks, we still could not stop exchanging our thoughts here in this podcast. So, I decided to cut the episode into 2 parts! Yay! I personally learned a lot from simple talks with my most cared friends and I also hope that you'd be able to get some wisdom in this conversation too.

It's up! I've been always passionate in learning little things and I'm excited to share this same passion with my dear friend, Guia. She's a young professional, and despite being 5 years younger, I admire her in so many ways, particularly her desire to learn and grow in both her professional and personal life. Find out what we've been learning lately and how it affects our perspective as young professionals.
