
I had the pleasure of welcoming Blaise Jacholkowski to the podcast. I’m excited to explore the topic of longevity with him. Blaise is a consultant in Healthtech, Digital Health, and Medtech, as well as a longevity coach and the organizer of longevity retreats. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering and an executive MBA. Throughout his adult life he has been deeply passionate about nutrition, physical training and performance.
