
My guest today is Jordan Kunde-Wright from @twincitieskettlebellclub. We met through my mentor Jason Phillips and as soon as I heard Jordans story I knew I wanted to have him on the podcast. Todays episode was off the cuff and ended up being the best conversation I've had on the podcast yet. We talked about primarily kettlebell training, the effectiveness of it, the most effective exercises and also talked a ton about martial arts we did in the past.
