This week's podcast is about questioning and understanding creativity. Christine Harris is an aspiring author and booktuber. She walks us through her creative process when approaching how to take an idea and turn it into a real form of art through her form of creation. This was a really awesome conversation for anyone who is thinking or trying to understand if they are creative and what inspires them to possibly create more. We also touched on how death and trying to find purpose motivates a need to create.

Anthony Frasier is an entrepreneur from Newark, New Jersey. He is the author of "Don't Dumb Down Your Greatness," and offers a unique perspective on culture and entrepreneurship through his own personal experience of dropping out of college and jumping into the start-up scene.

Mr. Gomez Rivera is one of the best history teachers I ever had, primarily because he focused on making sure people had an understanding of history vs. a memorization of historical facts. He has a PhD, was a lawyer, worked for the CIA, and understands history and philosophy better than most people in the world. We talked about the nature of existence, what motivates people to live each day, how to avoid nihilism, and what goes into constructing a storng educational framework for young people.

This is Ishita Mili. She is the founder of IMGE, an urban indian dance company. In this episode, she takes us through all the hurdles that she had when deciding what she wanted to do with her life, including dealing with her traditional parents and their necessity for her to continue her education instead. She takes us through her mindset in being able to take the risk to venture out on her own and how happiness was ultimately her priority.

Welcome to the first episode of the MBM Podcast! This episode took place on Mother's Day, 2020. I wanted to talk to my mom, who just recently survived Covid-19, about a variety of topics and have something memorable we could look back on years from now. For anyone listening, I really suggest the best gift to give your parents is a genuine and honest conversation where you can unpack things from the past, reflect on memories, and enjoy taking the time to actually talk to the person(s) who had such an influential role in raising you to be who you are today.
