Some days it feels like I’m one coffee short of losing it. Anyone else??? Adulting is hard. And when you have jobs and responsibilities and deadlines and kids you have to show up for, it’s it feels impossible to do anything BUT take a minute for yourself - especially when you need it the most. This week on Motherhood on the Move, I’m sharing why it’s 100% OK (in fact, encouraged) to punch the pause button and reorient what’s on your plate, especially for those like me who are sprinting through the days. I’m sharing how I manage my side hustles while holding down my full-time commitments. I’m sharing one tiny, yet mighty shift I made to help me stay afloat when I needed it the most. It’s OK to say “I can’t.” It’s OK to change your mind. It’s OK to prioritize your needs! I’m also making it a little love fest because I can never help myself. This community keeps my cup filled to the brim.
