Hi friends! Today I welcome Raina on the podcast. She shares with us her two birth stories - her first birth being at a birth center, which was not quite what she was expecting, so when she got pregnant again, she knew she had to plan something different. She wanted a birth where she was the authority in her space. She wanted to take her power back from her first birth experience, so that's exactly what she did. She went on to have a beautiful, sovereign birth at home with her husband, son, and birth keeper. Raina is a powerful example of what I talk about so often in the birth space - it's never too late to take your power back and birth on your terms!
