Habits aren’t changed without tenacity and intention.
This is a talk about filling the void, the pattern of avoidance, relationships before knowing self, and the need for connection.
People are seeking attention, dropping human connection as if it were not necessary, deepening the wound that we each carry, that we are not worthy.
Before you fill the void, first give it your attention.
Bridge the space between eternal and mortal.
Having relationships (including the relationship with self) that bring heaven to earth.
Be patient, feel, hear, look, taste, touch, be there, so that you know who you are and so that you can heal. Because when I heal me, I heal Mother Earth. We heal the world from the inside out. Each of us has this responsibility, to become content, peaceful, fulfilled, and purposeful with in.
Habits are broke with belief, dedication, and commitment.
Continue consciously. Sometimes it hurts. Make friends with the monster inside of you. Make friends with the silence of the void. Get to know the spaces within you, and fill them with love.
