Here's the simplest exercise in mindfulness: focusing on your breath. When your mind won't settle, and thoughts and emotions run amok, it's hard to meditate or to be mindful.


That's when we need to go back to the basics, and the simplest mindfulness practice: focusing on our breath.


This episode provide simple guidance to help you practice mindfulness by focusing on your breath, especially if you're new to mindfulness or a beginner in meditation. It's useful to start the day, or to practice before or after important meetings or difficult conversations as well!
