In this week's episode, I go over my Circle DNA results. I found this to be extremely helpful knowledge especially when it comes to health and wellness. I think it’s important to know how your body works and what you need as far as diet and exercise that best fits your body and your genetics. I also think it’s important to know if you have any risks for any cancers or diseases so you can do what you can to prevent it. I highly encourage everyone to get this test so you can leave the healthiest life possible.
