Haley Bufkin is opening up about her diagnosis and journey with postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety in today's episode. Haley is the mother of two, and after her second child was born, she quickly recognized that she was experiencing some sadness and mood changes that concerned her. Haley shared her concerns with her husband and family and immediately sought help from a professional. Today she is actively using tools, working with a therapist, and using her social media platform to share her story.
