
This episode I will discuss my triggers for mom burnout. I am tired and just need a mental break! A lot of the times my “tiredness” or exhaustion comes from me being mentally drained. It starts off as mental then turns into physical exhaustion. It’s important to know what is affecting you in terms of making you feel exhausted or burned out. I also discuss ways to try to combat the many things that can aid to you feeling the way you do mama. Let’s talk about it!
