In this episode I talk about how I had to face the truth about being stressed regarding Hurricane Milton which led me to open my eyes to be more truthful with myself in general. And this is when it comes to a number of things in my life because after all, how you treat yourself and carry yourself and what you tell yourself can affect the relationships around you. I tried to tell myself that I wasn’t stressed about the hurricane coming but my body made me say otherwise. I suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), which is a chronic, non-contagious skin condition that causes painful, inflamed lumps, or nodules, that form under the skin. I had flare/ inflamed lump form in my armpit and tried to blame it on everything but being stressed or anxious. About 2 days after the hurricane passed the lump was starting to go back down. Tell me that aint stress! LOL
I just wanted to give an update on where I’ve been and what’s going. Have you been ok mama? What’s got you stressed? Let me know in the comments or catch me on my socials. See ya later!
