S3 E36 "From working outside the home to becoming a stay at home mom"

Helping YOU to win the Marathon of Motherhood with burnout, MOMFIT with Jo Peters Topic: "Transitioning to from working outside the home to becoming a stay at home mom!" with guest Hannah Burns Dunham

Hannah's Favorite Quote: "All moms work"

3 Takeaways from today's episode:

1. Permission to become a stay at home mom if that's what you want

2. Eliminating the divide between "working moms" and "stay at home moms" p.s. we're all working

3. Insight into how the transition from managing 120 employees to just 1 tiny human impacted my overall mental health & wellbeing

A little more about Hannah:

Hannah is a chemical engineer with 8 years of management experience in manufacturing. She left it all to become a stay at home mom, while pursuing her masters in industrial & organizational psychology.

She faced a lot of personal difficulties and judgement when she became a stay at home mom, and because of that she is passionate about helping women through the transition however it best serves their needs, so they don't feel so alone.

Mom to a 2 year old, fiery little girl!
