"Yes, you can do hard things!"

3 takeaways:

Your audience will take away 1) 3 simple ways they can start being more intentional/mindful with their food, 2)how to build a simple balanced plate without counting calories, 3)inspiration to start TODAY and not wait for the perfect time

From the time I can remember, I struggled with food. Food was the center of our family gatherings growing up. Over time, food became a comfort and also what I turned to when I was bored. The problem was the food I turned to was empty in calories and void of nutritional value.
Sometimes you have an “ah-ha” moment.
Mine happened on my 30th birthday while visiting my brother. I clearly remember standing on his deck, thinking that I did not want to eat like this any longer! Something had to change! I was so unhappy with myself. I was unhappy with the way I felt. I was unhappy with the example I was setting for my daughter.
SO I DID... I CHANGED EVERYTHING.

2. The breastfeeding process of each mother is different from every mother, and that is why nobody should compare motherhood or a breastfeeding process.

I am Daniela, and I am 35 years old. I am a mother of 5-year-old twins. I have been always a person who loves helping people, even from school. I studied economics, and then I specialized in International Business. When I became a mother, I found my true passion because I realized that I could work in my own enterprise MUM, and also give support to moms in their motherhood, mainly in breastfeeding. I have created alliances with pediatricians, sleep coaches, yoga trainers, transpersonal therapists, physiotherapists, and many other moms, with a common purpose that is to offer support, courses, workshops, and many other activities focused on solving the most recurrent doubts and challenges through the motherhood process.
