Gratitude, procrastination and mental health.
The year has been a big blow to everyone. In the beginning of the year, we were all so excited and positive that this was the year for us all but somehow, we weren't prepared for what hit us but for the fact that you are here reading this, you ought to be grateful. Procrastination they say is a lazy man's apology. Do that thing you want to do. Start now! 2020 is an evidence that tomorrow is not promised. September is suicide awareness month and this is a good time to have this discussion with you. Mental health is so underrated in this part of the world. Please, never fail to speak up if you need help. Seek help! Depression is real! Don't resort to suicide. You will only hurt those who love you and in the end, it wouldn't be worth the stress.
