The Regicide in Lisbon
February 1, 1908 was marked by the attack against the Portuguese royal family. The regicide in Lisbon killed King Dom Carlos I and the heir to the throne, the Royal Prince Luis Filipe. It is a story much like the 19th century Gothic novels, in which human vulnerability is exploited and manipulated by monsters, demons, witches, vampires, mystics, werewolves and mere humans consumed by despair and revenge.

Little Walter. A clown and the circus illusion
Born in Liège (Belgium) in 1879, Walter started his career, very young, in an acrobatic troupe called “Les Bourbonnel”. He invested four shillings in the purchase of a black frock coat, a huge vest, extremely wide pants and a pair of military boots, the ones he used throughout his artistic life, and ended up creating a new type of clown "Auguste".
