social anxiety is incredibly common at university. more-so than we may like to admit. whilst it can seem like everyone around us is confident and vibrant, many of us struggle behind the scenes...


luckily, like all things, these seasons of difficulty will pass in their own time. that said, it is important that we check in with ourselves regularly when our social battery is low
