In this powerful kickoff to our new 3-part Radical Acceptance series, host Britney Branch invites you to rethink what it means to pause in a world that constantly pushes us to grind. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're carrying too much — this episode is a permission slip to rest, reflect, and recalibrate.
We explore the concept of radical acceptance through the lens of faith, neuroscience, and mindful entrepreneurship. You’ll learn how choosing stillness can actually spark creativity, clarity, and deeper alignment in your purpose. Britney shares the truth about burnout culture, the spiritual power of rest, and how slowing down isn’t quitting — it’s leadership.
You’ll walk away with three grounding practices to help you embrace stillness, along with a journal prompt that invites honest reflection on what you may be resisting.
✨ Journal Prompt:
What am I resisting that I need to accept? And what would it look like to rest instead of retreat?
Whether you're in a season of transition or simply need a reminder to be still and know, this episode is your reminder that you're not behind — you’re being refined.
Tune in, take a breath, and remember: rest is radical.
Welcome to a brand-new month and a fresh opportunity to realign. In this special solo episode of Mindfully Bossin’, your host Britney Branch invites you into a grounding breathwork and reflection practice designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect as we step into the second half of the year.
June — the midpoint of the year and Britney’s birthday month — is a powerful reminder that transformation doesn’t require a perfect beginning. It simply requires presence. Through guided breathwork, mindful affirmations, and soulful prompts, Britney helps you reflect on the lessons of the past six months while making space for intention, ease, and possibility in what’s to come.
This is your invitation to breathe, release, and renew.
Whether you’re listening from your bed, your desk, or a quiet corner of your day, this episode will leave you feeling more centered, clear, and ready to embrace what’s next with grace.
In this episode you’ll experience:
A guided breathwork and grounding meditation
Reflective prompts to review and release the first half of 2025
Affirmations and manifestations for stepping into June with intention
Insights inspired by The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and set the tone for your next chapter. Let this episode be your reset.
In the final part of The Calling series, Britney dives deep into what it truly takes to walk boldly in the gifts God has given you — and the fears that often stand in the way. From the fear of being seen or judged to the silent struggle of feeling unqualified, this episode invites you to confront the thoughts that have kept you stuck and choose healing as your pathway to purpose.
Britney opens up about her personal experience with fear, self-doubt, and social media paralysis — and how learning to pause, reflect, and respond mindfully led her to reclaim her voice. She explores the connection between unhealed trauma and entrepreneurial blocks, and why your healing is not just personal… it’s deeply professional.
If you’ve ever felt like your gifts were too big for you or that your past disqualified you from your purpose, this episode is the reminder you need: you are already called — now it’s time to rise.
In this episode, we explore:
🎧 Tune in now and take the next step toward your purpose — without fear holding the pen.
In part two of The Calling series, Britney Branch gets real about how life’s hardest moments—grief, confusion, burnout—can actually be the very things that guide us toward God’s purpose for our lives. Through raw storytelling and spiritual insight, Britney explores how entrepreneurs can begin to see their struggles not as setbacks, but as sacred assignments.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to:
If you’ve been questioning your journey or feeling weighed down by what life is throwing at you, this episode will remind you that your calling isn’t lost—it’s being revealed.

In this heartfelt episode of Mindfully Bossin’, host Britney Branch kicks off a powerful new three-part series, The Calling, by diving deep into what it truly means to be obedient to the path God has designed for you.
Britney shares her personal journey of surrender, the hard decisions she had to make — including turning down a six-figure opportunity — and the lessons she learned about trusting divine timing even when it doesn't make logical sense.
Through honest storytelling, Britney reminds us that obedience often requires stillness, patience, and a willingness to trust even when fear and doubt creep in. She discusses the struggle with imposter syndrome, how stagnancy can delay not just your own growth but the blessings you’re meant to share with others, and why your calling is an evolving assignment rather than a fixed destination.
If you’ve been wrestling with your purpose, questioning your next steps, or feeling called to move differently this season, this episode will leave you encouraged, seen, and reminded that God’s plans are always bigger than we can imagine.
