
This wasn't an easy decision but at the end of the day I know it's the right one because as I explain in this episode. I've been struggling lately with my own mental health and knew that something needed to be done. As someone who is learning as much as I can about mental health to be able to help others during their journeys surrounding mental health, I quickly realized that I wasn't paying full attention to my own. And within the last two weeks I've just felt drained and off (just not like myself) and haven't had the motivation to get anything done. So, with this stepping back I plan on really focus on me and I'm hoping to be able to reconnect and recenter myself and come back as stronger version of myself than I am today. I love being able to create this content for you and love being able to support you in any way that's possible. I still have very big plans for this podcast and know that once I'm able to really get myself in the right head space, I'll be able to create even better content then before. Thank you to all of you who have been listening, supporting, and loving this podcast up to this point. This is also a sign to anyone else who might be feeling the same way I have been, maybe it's time for you to take a step back and revaluate your life and see what's needed to be done for you to come back as a stronger version of yourself as well.
