We’ll explore what the inner child actually is, how she shows up in your adult life (often without you realising it), and why meeting her with love and consistency can change everything. I’ll share parts of my own story, how my inner child showed up in motherhood, relationships, and burnout, and how learning to reparent myself became the foundation of my healing.
