Sometimes the hardest part of healing is not knowing what we’re actually feeling. We just know something’s off, something’s tight, something hurts. In today’s episode, I’m introducing a simple yet powerful tool that’s helped me, and so many others, feel less overwhelmed and more connected in those moments: the feelings wheel.

Together, we’ll explore what the feelings wheel is, how to use it with kindness, and why naming your emotions is such an important part of emotional safety and inner healing. This isn’t about fixing anything, it’s about presence. Clarity. Self-understanding. And the quiet relief that comes when you finally find the words for what’s alive inside you.
