More and more, people are turning to platforms like this one to help them process feelings, find clarity, or feel less alone. And I get it. AI is accessible, low-pressure, and available any time you need it.
But is it the same as therapy? And can it truly hold us the way a real human can?
This episode isn’t about promoting or dismissing AI. It’s an honest, curious conversation about what it can offer and what it simply can’t. Because while AI might feel helpful in the moment, it doesn’t replace the depth of being truly seen, heard, and held by another person.
I’ll walk you through how I believe both can co-exist when used intentionally, how to know when it’s time to reach for deeper support, and why human connection is still the most powerful part of healing.
