She’s also a media contributor and passionate advocate for maternal health, breastfeeding, and informed choice.

We talk about her personal breastfeeding experiences, including the challenges and pure joy that came with them, as well as her empowering experiences with home births. Siobhan also shares her views on what needs to change to better support Irish mothers — from hospital policies to public attitudes — if we truly want to see breastfeeding rates improve in Ireland.
