Midnight Hostility After Hours- NY Sports Radio Is Dead
In this episode of Midnight Hostility After Hours, Namo delivers a raw look at the decline of sports radio in New York. He recounts WFAN’s early days, legendary voices and morning characters, then contrasts those glory years with today’s horrible, boring landscape. The episode covers the rise of podcasts and the previous Sirius/XM boom, critiques current New York sports shows and hosts (Boomer & Gio, Michael Kay, Evan & Tiki, Joe Benigno) and explains why team-affiliated podcasts and social media have changed how fans consume sports talk.  Expect blunt commentary, nostalgia for classic radio, pointed critiques of modern hosts, and a short, unapologetic conclusion about why Namo thinks sports radio is no longer a must-listen but a must NOT listen.

Midnight Hostility AfterHours: Why Reaction Videos Are Ridiculous
In this episode of Midnight Hostility Afterhours, Sam Namo rails against the explosion of reaction videos and celebrity tie-ins, arguing they’re inauthentic, overhyped, and replacing real content — even showing up in WWE highlights. He critiques the motives behind reaction channels (audience-building, monetization, brand-building) and mocks the performative nature of on-camera reactions. Sharp, opinionated, and blunt, this episode skewers modern content culture and the industry’s push to court younger audiences with viral gimmicks instead of substance. True garbage content. Why would anyone want to watch some nobody react to a video complete with fake expressions.?

Midnight Hostility After Hours- Stern, Francesa, and the Lost Audiences
In this episode of Midnight Hostility Afterhours, Sam Namo breaks down how once-dominant radio hosts like Howard Stern and Mike Francesa lost their audiences as tastes changed, podcasts rose, and the hosts themselves aged or sold out. He contrasts their decline with Anthony Cumia’s comeback and argues the shift reflects both generational change and a transformed media landscape.

Midnight Hostility After Hours: NYC Mayoral Race/Debate Review
In this episode of Midnight Hostility Afterhours, Sam Namo looks at the NYC Mayoral Race as well as the first debate and the only question is...this is who we have to choose from? Zohran Mamdani is a socialist flip flopper with no experience, Andrew Cuomo failed so bad in the primary he is running as an independent and Curtis Sliwa has no chance and will split votes. Politics was, is and will always be a mess. Don't obsess over it.

Midnight Hostility Afterhours: How TKO Turned WWE Into A Greedy Cash Machine
On this episode of Midnight Hostility Afterhours, Sam Namo rails against the TKO-WWE takeover, rising costs, and creative decline as WWE PLE's move behind a $30 ESPN Unlimited paywall. TKO Corporate greed, ticket & merch rising prices, and the loss of accessible wrestling (Netflix & ESPN Unlimited) have pushed WWE to the back burner for Namo and with the direction of creative these days, that's ok. It's Youtube highlights and clips from now on for Namo who is accepting that the old, mainstream WWE is largely gone for now.

Midnight Memories- Team LeftJab Radio- CZW's John Zandig- 8/20/2016
On a late August night in 2016, one of the most intimidating hardcore wrestling personalities in history came on Team LeftJab Radio with Sam Namo for a rare interview. CZW's John Zandig returned to the ultra-violent promotion he started to work with the rival owner he sold the company to, DJ Hyde. Zandig did not stay in CZW or in the ring that long after this interview but it was one interesting interview with a guy that rarely did radio or podcast appearances. Here is the the original description of the episode from 2016. "On this episode of Team Left Jab Radio, ultra-violent icon John Zandig joins Sam Namo to discuss his recent Tournament of Survival show — the planning, unforeseen injuries, and the infamous roof bump with Joey Janela. They break down in-ring moments (including Penelope Ford’s surprising role), the physical aftermath, and what drove Zandig to return to the ring. Zandig outlines his renewed role with CZW, tensions with DJ Hyde, TV taping plans, roster shake-ups, and the intention to make Tournament of Survival an annual event. He also teases surprises for the upcoming August shows and the broader strategy to re-energize the promotion. The conversation addresses controversy and criticism — including a pointed response to Jim Cornette — plus thoughts on indie-to-WWE pipelines, Sammy Callahan, and whether the modern WWE product fits the extremes of hardcore talent. Zandig reflects candidly on the culture around deathmatch wrestling, his personal experiences (including the meat-hook incident), and his hopes for Sick Nick Mondo’s documentary."

Finally, the great Frankie MacDonald joins the show in his weekly spot to talk some weather, news headlines & more.
