Stress is not a new topic, but Dr. Lolita Mostert, a psychiatrist from Cape Town, decided to approach its treatment differently. When she realised that medication alone was no longer enough to truly help her patients, she began her own research into stress and anxiety. She explored why it's often so difficult for us to change our bad habits, even when we know what's good for us, and looked into the science behind meditation as a helpful tool.
