A good Sunday reset routine marks the end of one week and sets up the next for success. You can leave any chaos in the past and start fresh and have a clear mind for the new week.

It’s like a mini shakeup that you get to do every week, and it is excellent if you have anxiety. 

It’s my favorite day of the week, and I always look forward to it. And not because it’s the weekend, because it’s a reset. I get to continue doing things that are working well and reset those that aren’t.

It’s like the 1% rule, where you strive to get 1% better next time, so it’s not overwhelming. You don't have to have a dramatic change overnight. It’s simpler and more subtle. 

When I don’t do my usual Sunday reset, then my following week is less productive, less fun, and more stressful.
