I am so excited for our guest on tomorrow’s show! Her name is Leah Quinn and she owns the store, Heart and Soul Vermont. I met her through my 31 day Clubhouse challenge, and have already learned a lot from her! She introduced me to the idea of print on demand subscription boxes. I had obviously heard of print on demand and have heard of subscription boxes, but never thought of putting the two together. We will be discussing how to set up a subscription business model which helps with repeat buyers as well as with increasing order size.

I’m so excited for our guest tonight on the show! Her name is Barbara Boschen and I have been a fan of hers for a long time. Before I did print on demand, I was a FBA seller on Amazon and went to many conferences to learn from other e-commerce sellers. Barbara was a speaker at many of those conferences and I learned so much from her! Recently, I ran into Barbara again on Clubhouse and learned that she also does print on demand! I’m excited to hear her insights on the show tonight!
For a quick background on Barbara, she left the corporate world to become an online entrepreneur. After building a successful 7 figure business, she branched out to coaching, account management and software services. The software company is called MerchantMinds and includes two apps: CoMerchant for relisting from Amazon to Walmart and EasyKey to grow Amazon sales through automated keywording. Barbara believes you need to be creative to find the ways you can prosper in the spaces others overlook. This approach has led to innovative approaches to sourcing, selling and marketing. Today we get to interview Jay Bayne! It’s hard to take notes while also asking questions so this is one show where I already know I’m going to listen to the whole thing again so I can take notes! There is so much we can all learn from Jay! Jay has been doing Merch part time for the last three years and is at the 100k tier with 24k live products.
