Mental Fitness Unscripted S2E11 Who Am I Becoming?

Kicking off the new year with a hard hitting lesson on forming healthy habits with some encouragement for the common mistakes we make in deciding our goals and ambitions. Drawing on principles from Covey's Seven Habits and Clear's Atomic Habits, we discuss how our habits form our identity and vice versa. Reframing our internal dialog to say, "I'm the type of person who _____." is a powerful exercise to help us become the person we hope to be.

To take the guesswork out of healthy eating, consider joining my friends at 90/10 Nutrition. They have handy tools to help you with meal planning and grocery shopping. Their library of hundreds of recipes that anyone can make simplifies what I believe is the hardest part of healthy living - eating well.
