Welcome back to Meditation Monday
Today on the show we have my lovely, beautiful girlfriend Zully Martinez.
Because of that, it felt fitting to take a deeper look into relationships, not just with a partner but with your friends and family as well, and see exactly what makes them tick and what makes them collapse over time. We take a look at the foundational blocks of a great relationship, toxic people, one of the craziest ex boyfriend stories I’ve ever heard and the 5 languages of love. I really enjoyed this conversation and I’m sure you’ll find some useful information to improve your own relationships in your life.
Of course as always, at the end of the show we have a 5 min meditation to let everything really sink in, to take a moment in your busy day, to just sit and be with yourself and relax and release tension you may be holding on to.
