Hey friends, in this week's episode of the MTT podcast, I had a great conversation with Patrick Samy. Patrick Samy is the co-founder and CEO of Span Health, a start-up that offers health coaching informed by biometric data from lab work and wearable devices. Patrick started his career as a software engineer by trade, however after facing his own personal health challenges embarked on a journey to understand what data from these wearable devices mean, and how to optimize for longevity. His curiosity for biology supercharged by his background in computer science helps him take Span to the next level. By enabling everyday athletes access to valuable insights and action items, Span has the potential to impact millions of lives in the months and years to come. Super excited for all of you guys to grab a listen, and drop some action items/insights/takeaways!
